Mo has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and 13 years specifically in lashes. She is a seasoned professional. Her renowned lash salon Lash Out, has been fourishing for 11 years. Two years ago, she created Lash Bash, uniting local lash artists under one vibrant community.

Heidi is a lash artist with a decade of experience known for innovation and dedication in the eyelash industry. in 2017 she independently opened her one lash studio as a sanctuarytuary for beauty enhancement and learning hub for aspiring artists. Heidi aims to bridge the gap between lash artists and lash brands, fostering an inclusive community. Despite her won challenges, she remains committed to giving back and nuturing talent, serving as a mentor and inspiration in the lash industry.
